A number of buses serve Caversfield including:
Elmsbrook Bus – E1
The Elmsbrook bus (E1) is run by Grayline Coaches and the timetable is available here.
Oxford – Bicester – Milton Keynes – Bedford
The bus stops are either side of the A4421 near the Garden Quarter / Bicester Heritage. More details about the route and timetable are available on the Stagecoach X5 website
Two S5 buses to Oxford are available from the Caversfield Turn early in the morning. The timetable can be found on the Stagecoach website.
The Oxfordshire Comet
This is a bus which can be booked by individuals
It is a not for profit service, created to allow people without suitable access to public transport to make the journeys they want and can be booked for any type of trip. Whether it’s to meet friends in town, travel across the county, attend an appointment or pop to the shops. The service is available 10.15am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays). Chiltern Railways run the services
There are trains to London Marylebone from both Bicester North and Bicester Village (formerly Bicester Town) stations with parking available at both stations (don’t forget to check your return train to make sure you go back to the station where you parked your car).
Trains to Birmingham go from Bicester North.
The Bicester Village station has been updated and the line to Oxford has been upgraded to dual tracks.
